Returns

 

All products are made to order, which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    •    A clear photo of the item

    •    A description of the issue

    •    Your order number

 

Refunds

 

Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed the issue, we’ll either:

    •    Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

    •    Issue a full refund

 

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. This may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

 

Cancellations

 

Because we start fulfilling orders as soon as they’re placed, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
